It is time to schedule our fall student-parent-teacher conferences. I have found that conferences are far more effective if students are present to talk about their own learning and goals, so please plan to bring your child.

Please indicate your availability on the form below and return this slip to me as soon as possible. You may also feel free to email me your preferred dates and times.
